Today I weighed in at 228 lbs. I have been drinking 10 oz of lemon water per morning and only water all day long. Some evenings I drink another 10 oz of lemon water. I'm not shedding the lbs like before but I am doing much better psych wise.
On 1/6/15 I started going to the gym in the
evenings. We go on Mon, Tues, Thurs.
6:30-7:30 Also
since the evening of 1/6/15 I have been eating dinner at my sister’s and they
are on this same workout healthier food diet as me.
