Weight
Yesterday I was at the doc and weighed in at 215 lbs. I am not loosing much weight by the scale but I have lost 4 sizes in the waist and I'm on the smallest belt loop hole.

1/17/15 SUGAR What is in it?
Today was day 47 for me with no sugars in my drinks as I have only been drinking water. Today I had to take a 3 hour drive (1 way) to do some things. I stopped at McDs and got an egg mcmuffin, bacon, egg, cheese mcgriddle and a small DECAF coffee. I had them put sugar and cream in it. (I thought a little sugar won't hurt me). I was driving down the interstate in a happy mood listening to happy music and enjoying my day. About 10 minutes after drinking the coffee I became MAD/angry. Not over anything or at anyone but I just became mad. This lasted about 20 or so minutes then came the sugar crash and I became very tired and almost wanted to pull over and take a nap. (The anger disappeared at this time as well). I slept a good 8 hours last night and yet this happened. So it lead me to think that the sugar made me mad/angry then of course the crash from the sugar "high". Now I'm really wondering what is in "sugar". I know that many sweeteners are made from corn and the corn is GMO (genetically modified). When I was in Kenya, East Africa I used to chew on sugar cane and I never became mad. I'm going back to that McDs tomorrow and find some labels on the sugar and coffee. And no I will not be ordering another cup of coffee. I just had the thought of what this system of high and low must do to our bodies. No wonder when I was drinking sugary drinks all the time I was tired. I bet my body was worn out from the constant change of high and low and trying to adjust.
Sure, I can understand if I only had a sugar high and the drop but why the sudden anger? I mean I was pissed but not at any particular person or reason just pissed. I caught myself and decided to remember what was happening.
I think I may wait a week then buy that same cup of coffee but have my own known to be real sugar to put in it and see if the same thing happens or what results I get.

No More Reflux
1/14/15 Yesterday I
was able to walk up and run down a set of stairs at the courthouse without
limping as I have been doing for several years now. Last night I went bowling and my legs are
weak today. Not sore but weak. My right arm is a little sore as well. My neice Madison told me last night that she
saw I am doing much better and not so wired and full of sarcastic jokes. I also realized that I am not drinking the Kombucha
anymore. Since I started the lemon water
in the morning it is as if the lemon has changed my body PH to alkaline and
away from acid. Without taking anything
for it I no longer have acid reflux. I’m
still on the Seroquel that causes reflux but I’m not experiencing any of the
issues.

Weight 1/10/15
Today I weighed in at 228 lbs. I have been drinking 10 oz of lemon water per morning and only water all day long. Some evenings I drink another 10 oz of lemon water. I'm not shedding the lbs like before but I am doing much better psych wise.
On 1/6/15 I started going to the gym in the evenings. We go on Mon, Tues, Thurs. 6:30-7:30 Also since the evening of 1/6/15 I have been eating dinner at my sister’s and they are on this same workout healthier food diet as me.

Lemon Water
Today I decided to standardize how much water and lemon I mix. I’m putting 3 whole lemons into a gallon of
water (peel,
seeds, pulp, juice the whole lemon). I blend the lemons in a blender with a little water till everything is liquefied. Then I dump all of this in a gallon jug and add water. I’m drinking 20 oz of the mix per morning.

Lemon Water, Oxygen, Body Waste
For the past few days I have been drinking a 17oz bottle of water that I put heavy lemon in first thing when I get up. About 30 minutes later I drink my shot of Kombucha and ginger. An hour later I eat breakfast and only drink water. I have been feeling so much better lately by not drinking anything with sugar in it. I relate well with others and get along with everyone. I actually enjoy doing things with others lately. Around 2 pm I drink a shot of Kombucha, and again at 5 and 9 pm. I have noticed if I don't drink the Kombucha that I get cramps in my stomach and side.
I have started growing wheatgrass in trays in my bedroom. I'm sleeping really well at night and I think that not only cutting out the sugar has helped but the wheatgrass is producing oxygen in my room. I sleep with the door shut so the oxygen builds up in my room. I also think the wheatgrass benefits from my CO2.
I have noticed that my urine is staying clear and my dung is lighter in color since going to only water. Poop is not building up into large pieces before coming out.

Big Awareness (Kombucha and Ginger)
Today I took a 2 oz shot of kombucha with ginger in it 30 minutes before breakfast. I had instant oatmeal (maple and brown sugar) with a sprinkle of bee pollen and honey. And toast with honey. And 2 glasses of orange juice. I went off and had a chicken salad croissant for lunch with water (1pm). Shortly after this I began feeling pressure in my stomach and had to go to the rest room where I had soft bowl movements. By 5 pm the pressure was getting worse in the stomach but I was hungry so I decided to eat. I had lemon/water to drink and dry rubbed ribs with sweet potato fries. The pressure was still getting worse in my stomach. My mom then wanted to ride around downtown Savannah and look at Christmas lights. All the bouncing roads made the pain even worse. By the time I got home at 9 pm I couldn't stand the pain any more. I came in and had a 2 oz shot of kombucha with ginger and within 10 minutes my problems were solved. I had no more pain after the kombucha. So it appears that the kombucha with the ginger is defiantly making a difference in controlling my reflux and stomach upset from the psych meds. I
usually drink my Kombucha/ginger 30 minutes before eating.
